We use the information you choose to submit to understand and respond to your project enquiry.
What you submit
The enquiry form collects your name, email, optional phone, project location, topic, timing, message and consent. A planning tool may add its result only when you choose to use it in an enquiry. We also record the originating page, referral, consent version and submission reference. Short-lived hashed network and email signals help limit repeated submissions.
How the request is handled
Hause uses Cloudflare for intake, GoHighLevel for enquiry management and Resend for internal notifications. A person reviews the request and may contact you about it. Sharing the project with a contractor is discussed with you. The form does not subscribe you to marketing or generate a customer registration email.
Planning tools
Tool inputs stay in the page until you choose to move the result into an enquiry. A result passed to the enquiry page is held in temporary browser session storage and removed after it is loaded. Copy and print actions are controlled by you.
Access and corrections
To ask about access, correction or deletion of a submitted enquiry, call +1 587-316-6194 and identify the website and approximate submission date. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive documents through the form.

Planning tools and search in this edition
The new quote, budget, pathway and handover tools operate in the page and do not submit or automatically save their inputs. Text exports are files you control. Site search downloads a public index and matches your query in the browser; URL-based searches can appear in your own browser history and ordinary hosting request logs. The older project-brief tool uses browser session storage for an explicit transfer to the enquiry page. No third-party analytics or new advertising tags were activated in this edition.
Online project enquiries are now accepted after explicit consent and Cloudflare Turnstile verification. Do not enter confidential access information, account numbers or tenant personal data.
Project navigator privacy
The project navigator calculates a reading pathway inside the current page. It does not send or automatically store selections or notes. Copying or exporting a summary creates a copy you control. Avoid entering addresses, tenant information, account numbers or building-access credentials.
Enquiry protection and delivery
Cloudflare verifies a short-lived Turnstile token. Short-lived, hashed network and email signals limit repeated submissions. We save your enquiry and consent version in Cloudflare D1 before sending it to the HAUSE CRM and internal email recipients. If either delivery step is temporarily unavailable, the saved enquiry is retried. Your reference lets HAUSE locate it. No automatic customer email or marketing signup is part of this form.
